Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
Limina sits at the threshold — limen, a place of crossing. This page describes, in plain terms, what happens to your information when you visit this website. It does not cover information shared in the course of clinical care, which is addressed separately in our Notice of Privacy Practices, provided directly to clients.
This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of this public website (oyagulum.com and its subdomains). It does not apply to clinical records, intake paperwork, session notes, or any communication that occurs once you have become a client of Limina Healing Arts. Those are governed by HIPAA and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided separately to clients at the start of care.
If you reach out using the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry.
We do not use this information for marketing, add you to any mailing list, or share it with third parties, except where required by law. A message sent through the contact form is not the same as becoming a client, and no clinical relationship is established until that is explicitly arranged.
Like most websites, ours may use minimal, standard cookies or hosting-provider logs to keep the site functioning correctly and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited). This information is not used to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not affect your ability to read this site, though some features may behave differently.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information shared with us through this website. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not treat that as licence to be careless, and we ask the same care of you in what you choose to share through an unsecured form.
This website is intended for adults seeking information about therapeutic services. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through the contact form. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
You may request that we delete any information submitted through the contact form at any time. To do so, simply reach out using the contact information below.
We may update this policy from time to time as the website evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review it occasionally, though we will not make changes that diminish your rights regarding information already collected without separately informing you.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, please reach out directly.
